2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Samurai Armors: Due to the custom nature of samurai armors, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each piece is crafted to the customer’s specific measurements and preferences, making it unique and ineligible for return.

3. Returnable Items

  • Standard-Sized Armors: Armors in standard sizes, where we did not take measurements specifically for the customer, can be returned within the 14-day return window.

4. Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and free from damage.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
