Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all katanas priced over $500. This offer applies to shipments within the United States. Katana orders under $500 will incur standard shipping charges as well as all samurai armors, which will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

International Shipping: We ship katanas& armor worldwide. While we extend free shipping to international orders over $500 as well, please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential costs.

Processing Time: Once your order is finished being crafted, domestic shipments usually take 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on the location. International shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment’s progress.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it involves replacing the item or processing a refund.
