The blade is forged using T10 high-carbon steel and treated with oil quenching through a hardened heat treatment process. With a cutting edge hardness of approximately 56 HRC, it provides the perfect balance of strength and reliability for consistent performance.

All fittings are made from brass casting, ensuring durability and an elegant appearance. The tsuka is securely attached to the tang with double pegs, guaranteeing a stable and safe structure. The wooden handle is wrapped with genuine rayskin for added friction, and the cotton ito effectively absorbs sweat, enhancing grip and safety during extended use.
